Benefit Run was built on a simple belief: the best technology comes from solving real problems. By leveraging insights gathered through a combined 50+ years of experience in process mining in the insurance and benefits industry, our mission is to automate the inefficient, illuminate the overlooked, and amplify the value brokers brings to their clients.
Every screen here started as something being done by hand - reconciling a carrier statement against a spreadsheet, rebuilding a benefit guide from last year's file, working out what a renewal actually costs and employee out of their check.
That makes the tools opinionated. Numbers are never guessed: a tier the app cannot read is reported back to you reaches a client is meant to be checkable.
